The Client must ensure that the Company has unrestricted access to the premises during the agreed-upon service times. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional fees.

6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Client
The Client may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 14 days. Any payments made for services already rendered will be non-refundable.
6.2 Termination by Company
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the Client is responsible for any outstanding fees.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brompton. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brompton.
8. Amendments
